Each stone will have a detailed file with lots of details about it, its uses, properties, and so on. You can also find interesting articles, a map showing where to find each stone, and so on. Additionally, in the personal section, you can view your entire history of identified and uploaded stones.

When photographing a stone and identifying it with the app, two things can happen: the tool has a positive match and tells you exactly what gem or mineral it is (accompanying the description with images) or it can make you choose from several options that resemble what you've found.
